Help & Answers

Frequently asked questions

A starting point - get in touch if your question isn't answered here.

It depends on your roof, your household's energy usage, and the size of system that makes sense for your property. After a free home survey, we give you a detailed, fixed quote - no hidden extras and no pressure to sign on the spot.

Yes - solar panels generate electricity from daylight, not direct sunshine, so they still produce power on cloudy days. Output is naturally higher in summer, but a well-designed system works year-round in the UK.

Most home EV charger installations are completed in a single visit by our qualified electricians, though the exact time depends on your consumer unit, existing supply, and where the charger is being mounted. We'll confirm timing during your survey.

Certain installations may qualify for OZEV grants or other government incentives, and we offer 0% finance on eligible work. Get in touch and we'll talk you through what you're likely to qualify for - see our 0% Finance page for more detail.

Yes - we're MCS certified through Q-Smart, NAPIT registered, TrustMark endorsed, and an OZEV-approved installer, so your installation meets the standards required for warranties, export tariffs and government incentives.

No - every survey, design and installation is carried out by our own in-house team, never subcontracted labour. The people who assess your property are the same people who install and sign off the work.
