Meet the Team
Adam Oneil (Owner)
With a background in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Adam built his technical foundation through formal study before going on to serve as an Air Engineering Officer in the Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm, overseeing complex aviation systems where safety and precision were critical.
He later became a British Airways long-haul pilot on the Boeing 787, operating one of the world’s most advanced aircraft — deepening his expertise in sophisticated electrical and electronic systems.
Today, Adam applies the same aviation-level standards of precision, reliability, and accountability to delivering tailored electrical and renewable solutions for homeowners.
Jamie (Electrician)
With several years in the electrical industry, Jamie built his technical foundation working for a fire alarm company - gaining hands-on experience in safety-critical installations.
Looking to broaden his expertise across the wider electrical field, he joined Electrical Exchange to work across solar, EV charging, and energy storage systems.
A lifelong AFC Bournemouth fan and season ticket holder, Jamie has also spent time working in Australia and travelling through Asia - experiences that reflect the same curiosity and drive he brings to every job..
