I can’t recommend Electrical Exchange highly enough! They recently installed my solar panels and air conditioning, and their level of service was exceptional from start to finish.

What truly sets them apart is their dedication to doing things right. While up on the roof, they noticed several cracked tiles and immediately pointed them out to me, suggesting I get them fixed while the scaffolding was already set up. Rather than rushing to finish their own job, they kindly put their work on hold so I could get the roof repaired. The moment the tiles were fixed, they came back the very next day to complete the solar installation without missing a beat.

Finding a trade company with this degree of honesty, integrity, and punctuality is rare. They went above and beyond for me, and I couldn't be happier with the results or their incredible workmanship and customer care. Thanks Adam & Charlie ☺️☀️❄️

Adam and the team were exceptional. I needed an EV charger installed and, although Adam’s quote wasn’t the cheapest, he took the time to explain the hidden complexities in my setup and his reasoning made complete sense. I’d much rather pay a bit more for someone who clearly knows what they’re doing than chase the lowest price and end up with costly issues later. The system has been running flawlessly since March, proving he was absolutely right. Adam walked me through the process, outlined the caveats, offered solid solutions, and delivered the work with real precision. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

We have multiple jobs and works completed by Adam and the team and could not be happier with the work conducted, this has included a rewire of our property and most recently new lights fitted to the entrance of our house set on a PIR brilliant work and to a very high standard. Highly recommend.

Electrical Exchange installed a home EV charger for me and everything was excellent. I had good conversations with Adam beforehand and he suggested the best approach, he handled the required paperwork with the DNO.

The installation went smoothly and cleanly. He kept communicating as he did it to check what he was doing and ensure it was what I wanted. The job was completed to a high standard and they cleaned up perfectly once done.

Because of the location of my consumer unit/fusebox relative to my external wall he was able to have the wire come right out of the wall into the back of the charger, making it look incredibly neat.

I would highly recommend them.

Installed new consumer unit in old house and corrected many faults worked tirelessly for 4 days straight rewiring where necessary, changing sockets earthing system.

Would recommend unreservedly taking into account two pensioners living in house one of which is dependant on electrical equipment for daily care...

I recently had the latest generation of the Fastamp Alpha 7 home EV charger installed by Adam and his team from Electrical Exchange and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was professional, efficient, and seamless.

Adam and his team were punctual, knowledgeable and respectful of my home throughout the installation. They clearly take great pride in their work — the installation was done to a high standard, with careful attention to detail and a neat finish.

Full garden lighting project was completed by Electrical Exchange. Installation of armoured cable, outdoor sockets, down lights, up lights, tree lights and rope lighting around patio. Electrical exchange are always friendly and helpful. I have them as my go to people for various needs around my old outdated Victorian house which has needed that more modern touch. I would recommend them most definitely.

Adam, was very helpful and really supportive in installing my charger by providing relevant advice and guidance throughout the whole process.

He was also able to action last minute changes and task which was not in our original arrangements with minimum fuss.
